Area Vice President responsible for our farm managers in Illinois and Eastern Iowa. These 16 managers work with owners of farmland in Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. I personally manage farm properties in Northeast Missouri.
Educational Background:
B.S. in Agricultural Business with Minor in Farm Management from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa
Professional Experience:
After graduating from college and farming for 11 years, I started my career as a professional farm manager with Doane Farm Management in 1985. I continued with Doane until 1989, when they merged with Farmers National Company. I managed properties in Northeast Missouri and West-Central Illinois until January 2002, when I assumed my present position of Area Vice President.
Responsibilities at FNC:
I work with and support the Illinois Farmers National Company managers and our managers in Eastern Iowa. I meet regularly with these managers in an effort to build a team environment for providing professional management and real estate services to our clients. I am also available to meet with our clients and future clients to answer questions about Farmers National Company's services.
I continue to manage farms in Northeast Missouri. I am the Managing Broker for the State of Illinois for all our real estate activities.
