Educational Background:
I was born and raised in Pocahontas Iowa. That is where I graduated high school. From there I attended Iowa State University from 2003-2008, where I got a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies.
Professional Experience:
In college I always held a job. I started with the University Bookstore and stayed with them for 3 years of school working in various ways for them including managing a small art & design supply store located in the Design Building on campus. I went on to work as a Research Assistant for two professors and finished up working as a Graphic Designer for the Memorial Union Graphics department. I also freelanced my graphic design skills and continue to do that as time allows.
Responsibilities at FNC:
I found my way to Farmers National Company to help out the Marketing Department with my Graphic Design skills as well as multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage the mailroom. I'm very thankful to be able to help out and use my degree, ensuring those student loans are worth it!
