Responsibilities at FNC:
Area Vice President: Supervise 12 farm managers and provide technical and client service support. Meet regularly with clients and potential clients to answer their questions about Farmers National Company's vast array of services.
Senior Farm Manager: I work with absentee landowners to increase their income and enhance their ownership enjoyment. Accomplishing these objectives leads to a greater peace of mind for our clients. These client objectives are accomplished by using the Farmers National system of management. While utilizing this system we, as a Farmers National Company team, can discover the farm's potential and achieve the ownership goals outlined by the owner(s). One segment of the system is selecting competent farm operators which allows us to increase the farm's productivity while implementing good land stewardship to enhance the farm's value.
