Professional Experience:
I worked for fortune 500 companies as outside sales during my younger years. These companies included Coca-Cola Enterprises, and R. L. Polk. I also sold products to restaurants and institutions as a route salesman. I also own and manage rental property. I also worked as a chef and still enjoy practicing culinary skills.

Responsibilities at FNC:
I work now as a realtor and appraiser. My focus is on large appraisal projects both agricultural and commercial. I like to do some residential appraisals too. On the sales side, I like to help people sell their property so they maximize its value. I love listing properties and doing the marketing. When the calls start coming in is when I get happy!

Professional Accomplishments:
I have completed all the educational and experience requirements to become a certified general appraiser. I may also eventually go after the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation though The American Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. I have completed all the coursework and experience requirements for it as well.

I have completed over 400 appraisals since 2000 of farm properties for a variety of clients including estates, attorneys, banks, trusts, and individuals. I have appraised many commercial properties including nursing homes, bowling alleys, funeral homes, box stores, grocery stores, department stores, malls, restaurants, and c-stores, to name a few. I like to do residential appraisals too.

I hold memberships with the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the Central Illinois Board of Realtors; I own and operate rental property and other real estate property.

Success Story:
I don't typically brag about myself, but my biggest accomplishment is raising my son as a single parent.
