Success Story:
In late 2004 I sold a new client an irrigated farm listed by another agent at Farmers National Company. I signed the farm up for management immediately, and leased the farm to local potato growers for $200 per acre cash rent. Following the 2005 season I leased the farm on a long-term basis to the same local potato growers for a high cash rental rate. The cash rent terms are among the highest in the area, and my client is extremely pleased with the return on his new investment.
